I recently received a sample of HealthyGen KetoPower Boost. KetoPower Boost is designed to give your body a fast way to reach Ketosis while on a keto diet and help your body burn off fat. The energy boost is an added bonus, especially if you lead an active lifestyle like I do. It’s as easy as taking 2 capsules 20-30 minutes before a meal.
One of my favorite things about the keto diet is the food. It doesn’t skimp on flavor! There are quite a few brands of keto snack bars out there that taste so indulgent. One of my favorites is a chocolate and coconut flavor bar. Plus, there are keto cookies! Can you tell that I have a bit of a sweet tooth?
During the COVID-19 outbreak, my local gym was closed for several weeks. I found myself spending more time at home, but I wasn’t only sitting on the couch staring at the television. I was working hard on my physical fitness. I didn’t want to go stir crazy, so I didn’t let myself! I joined a couple of virtual fitness challenges to hold myself accountable and connect with like minded women. As a result of my hard work in quarantine, I actually lost weight!
