Sweat Pink: #NoExcuses Nominees
It’s week two of the Sweat Pink #NoExcuses Challenge. In honor of this, I have been challenged to nominate two people who live the No Excuses lifestyle.
My first nominee is my friend Vicki. She discovered her love for fitness a few years ago and has been going strong ever since. She loves to lift weights and isn’t afraid to go heavy. Vicki sets goals for herself, which is important to achieving success. She follows a strict diet, complete with a cheat day each week where she can enjoy a little something special to reward herself for all of her hard work. Better yet, her boyfriend shares her love for weightlifting. The two are a perfect pair. Vicki recently became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). You can always find Vicki at the gym, even when she isn’t working as a personal trainer!
My second nominee is Tessa of Mama Smith’s Blog. She is a stay at home mother of two, a blogger, and so much more. She recently took on Nutrisystem to give herself an extra boost with her fitness game. Tessa already has a lot going on between her family, her blog, and the rest of her life but still takes the time to value health and fitness. A busy life is no reason to avoid a healthy life, which Tessa demonstrates. She has #NoExcuses. Be sure to follow Tessa’s Nutrisystem journey on her blog and her Facebook page.
